Mst. Aklima Hosen Liza is a senior mental health professional in Bangladesh with over 8 years of experience in clinical practice, community mental health, research, and training. She has worked in hospitals, academic institutions, humanitarian settings, and large-scale NGO projects, providing ethical and evidence-based psychological care. Her professional work focuses on child and adolescent mental health, family and parenting support, and adult psychological well-being, especially for individuals affected by trauma, anxiety, depression, and stress-related difficulties. She has extensive experience delivering Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS) services and follows nationally and internationally accepted mental health practice guidelines.
Role at Monokotha: As Head of Mental Health, she oversees clinical quality, ethical compliance, supervision, and service standards across all Monokotha mental health programs.

Tanzim Zaman
Psychologist & Researcher
Tanzim Zaman is a psychologist and researcher with experience in clinical counselling, community mental health, and Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS). She has completed a supervised clinical internship at the National Institute of Mental Health & Hospital (NIMH), Bangladesh, where she worked with a wide variety of clients in both OPD and inpatient settings. Her work integrates CBT and DBT-informed interventions, structured assessment, and research-based practice, particularly for individuals facing stress, anxiety, crisis situations, and workplace mental health challenges.
