Who We Are
DREAM Network is a capacity-building, research and action-oriented platform initiated by DRDF (Dream Research and Development Foundation). The Network is designed for university, college, and school-level students across Bangladesh, with the aim of nurturing a strong culture of research excellence, critical thinking, leadership and social responsibility.
DREAM Network bridges academic learning with real-world development practice, empowering young scholars to translate evidence into action for sustainable development, climate resilience, and social justice. Through a structured, inclusive and mentorship-driven learning ecosystem, the Network provides training, research guidance, publication support and knowledge-sharing opportunities.
Beyond academic research, DREAM Network emphasizes holistic human development. Participants develop essential soft skills, technical and analytical competencies (e.g., SPSS, GIS, digital tools), as well as psychological and leadership capacities such as emotional intelligence, resilience, stress management and ethical leadership.

By fostering collaboration and accountability, DREAM Network develops confident researchers, community leaders, citizen scientists and responsible change agents who apply evidence-based knowledge to contribute meaningfully to social, economic, environmental and sustainable development in Bangladesh.
